Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscription & Platform Fees

Monthly base hosting and software subscription fees are billed in advance and are strictly non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.

2. Commission Fees

Commissions deducted on successfully confirmed orders are final and non-refundable. If an order is cancelled or fails prior to confirmation, zero commission is deducted.

3. Wallet Balance Refunds (Account Closure)

• Unused advance wallet top-up balances are refundable upon a formal account closure request, subject to the deduction of any pending commissions or fees owed on already confirmed orders.
• Refund requests for unused wallet funds must be submitted via support and are processed within 14 to 30 business days through secure bank transfer or designated payout methods.
